The Evolution of Correlated Convention

Up to this point we have discussed the evolution of numerous social phenomena which we observe in our modern society, features which would seem to be highly unlikely to imagine by way of Darwinian natural selection. In this post we will consider a relatively important and widely applicable aspect of social interaction: convention.
